Excellent condition, strong and wearable, but does have some age scent and an area of spots along very bottom edge; which is hard to see as well as some spots on canvas: I'll submit more photos of those. This will be a great candidate for dry cleaning and I'm 100% sure the scent and spots will all come off and skirt will remain strong and fresh. Priced reasonably to sell. Measures: across top hem when fully opened: 54". About 45" long from waist to hem.
