This is BRAND new with tags attached by Toff Togs, this is actually the Klara Klamotti division which is their very high end line. Good luck finding this dress ANYWHERE else and especially for this price. The only reason I am even offering this on Ebay is because I was very silly and pre-ordered for Noelle way more holiday and special occasion dresses than she can possibly wear this season!!
