SKIRT: zipper closure. 26-34inches at the top, 32-42at roughly the hip/butt area, it is 39.5inches long, the slits are 28inches long. the slit has accordian inserts that are great for spinning. i tried to show it in a pic. comes with 2 armbands and an armband with a drape that is like the accordian inserts.i've never seen the beading on the other versions be quite like this one. it's gorgeous. definitely a phoenix costume. more pics are available upon request. all sales are final.
