Turkmens are recognized widely for their folk art Super rich silk embroidery ( keshte) on finest and very tight dark green ( almost black) hand loomed pure silk fabric. All hand made, including sewing work. All natural dyes (silk base and silk embroidery- amazing color palette). These coats are so rare, even in Turkmenistan, that I suspect they serve a special purpose, made only by a Tekke Tribe, living in the territories of ancient Margus ( Merv) .
