This outfit meets current SOBHD regulations, and includes the machine sewn kiltie, and matching vest. Kiltie is skillfully machine made with over 4meters of proper, 100% worsted wool dancer tartan, and fits waist measurement of 28-30 inches, closing with one leather buckle and velcro, length is 16 inches with a generous 4 inch hem.  It is pleated to the sett with nice and straight one inch pleats to give it a lovely swing while dancing, and care and attention have been taken to properly match the horizontal lines in the tartan, so there is no stair-stepping.
