It is 2-3 mm in length along the scale line. The clochette has not been used except for the pictures shooting.  There is no problem to use the clochette as is.   I have tried to describe the conditions best of my knowledge.  If there are any flaws then they are significantly minor and they are not intentionally undisclosed.   The plastic has not been removed from the gold hardware.
