Get Vendio Gallery today! Amazing Deco Era French Seed beaded masterpiece from Francevramant French maison established in 1935 by Madeleine Vramant and the American Obré France. They had met in Mainbocher, where Vramant worked as a designer and Obré as a sales assistant. The partnership didn't last long, and each started a separate business.  They retired almost simultaneously in the mid 1950s. This is absolutely stunning This wonderful jacket top is made of what feels like a soft silk crepe in a timeless shade of black.Designed with a flattering fit and a it closes in front with a single hook and bar closure.The entire jacket is intricately beaded with millions of vintage glass seed beads, creating a beautiful floral pattern.Each flower and leaf is made of thousands of seed beads.The handwork is astonishing. It must have taken a many hours to complete this masterpiece.The jacket is fully lined in a soft taffeta like fabric.This is an amazing vintage piece that's so timeless. The construction and quality is amazing. You can dress this up or down. This is perfect for many occassions. You can't ask for more. A great piece to have as a part of your wardrobe or designer clothing collection. There are a few beads missing but not noticeable and can be easily repaired. Also there are some beads that have yellowed slightly but I think it adds to the charm of this stunning jacket.
